Sunday 26th September - Development Session, with guest Coach, for all Club Swimmers & Coaches - 1 - 5 pm, at the TLC, Hawick

1 - 2pm - Presentation/overview in the Dance Studio - Club Swimmers & Coaches. Parents welcome.

2 - 3pm - Land Training - Dance Studio - Club Swimmers & Coaches

3 - 5 pm - Pool Session - Club Swimmers & Coaches. Parents welcome to spectate.

The session will be followed by a buffet.
